    This plugin does not support this customization, you will have to customize the booking form to add this field.
    If assistance is needed we will customize this for you, but you will be charged a fee for this customization.

    I don’t quite understand what you mean, but we can only add 1 custom field for customer to record description in checkout form

    Sorry, The current plugin does not support this function.

    About the custom field add select language dropdown: I see you’ve already configured it, it’s pretty good
