Problem with total cart

Hi, thanks to your help we have entered the code for the rounding of the cart total.

The rule said that if the cart total is 40.22 it would become 40.20
if it had been 40.29 the total would have been 40.25.
if the total were 40.00 or 40.55 it would have remained that way.
yesterday a customer placed an order with a total of 55.40 and then the system rounded up to 55.35 when it should have remained 55.40

can u help me to solve this problem?
