Hi you,

We do not support header builder from Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin, so if you create this header yourself you will have to customize both on tablet and mobile, we will not support you with responsive customization.
We only support 4 header styles in Freshio Theme Option for you to choose from, and these 4 header styles have been customized to be compatible with tablets and mobile devices.

I have reset the default header for you, if you still want to use header builder, you will have to customize it yourself, we will not support this issue
