Please help us solve them
1. How to display the Blog Grid menu item on our website? We like the layout of the elements in the block. The link leads from this section to your site, not to ours! As far as I understand, our site does not have this blog scheme?
https://prnt.sc/w4yNBXmnKam72. It is not possible to change the product description in product cards. We entered our text, but after saving your text remains
https://prnt.sc/kiZbG1cEJTWdPlease answer these as soon as possible.
Perhaps over time we will see more errors in the template.
Thank you in advanceAugust 16, 2022 at 2:22 pm #26450Hello,
#1. Some of the links on the menu are links from our demo, it knows you can install a dang grid blog like that. I removed those link items and configured the blog grid for you.
#2. I have enabled edit with Elementor for your product, so you can click Edit with Elementor to edit the Product description: https://prnt.sc/yFemXTJSdcPe

September 5, 2022 at 10:22 am #27096Hello,
I have tried to add text translation in the theme to Polylang for you but without success.
Please contact Polylang plugin support for assistance with this issue. We recommend using the WPML plugin for multilingual websites, it works better and is easier to use than the Polylang plugin you are using.
September 5, 2022 at 1:58 pm #27109makarovdbSupport ExpiredWe bought a template. It contains many words in English. How can we translate these words without even using the Polylang plugin. That is, using only the template.

Please tell me, you are currently making improvements to the layout at our request. All these improvements were not carried out on the initial template? How can we further develop the project after 6 months?
For example, if we want to install 2 more languages, do we only need to contact you for this or can we already do it ourselves?
September 6, 2022 at 4:17 pm #27175makarovdbSupport ExpiredYou created FooterBuilder and FooterBuilder for us, but we noticed that they are not language-specific
Please link the Footer and Header of the Ukrainian version to the Ukrainian one, and the Russian version to the Russian one
Otherwise, we cannot correctly display information on the site in each version.
September 7, 2022 at 2:54 am #27184makarovdbSupport ExpiredWe ourselves distributed the footer and header by language versions. This edit is no longer necessary!
September 7, 2022 at 9:32 am #27193Hi,
To translate header + footer into other languages, you need to clone these header + footer templates into languages corresponding to the main language you are using.
For example, your primary language is UK, you will have to clone the header template to RU.
Similar to the footer template, you will also have to clone it to RU.
The Polylang plugin is quite difficult to use, so I previously advised you to use WPML for multilingual websites.Regarding the language settings for the website you will have to install yourself, we can only review and give you a solution without assisting you to deal with the details of the problem.
