    Hello guys,

    Its been 4 days now, I am asking for support. Having issues in demo content. This is the 5th time I am asking for help but no one can reply. This is not the right way.

    I have the same problem here, No support. I’m thinking about report this issue with all the evidence to Themeforest and ask for a refund

    Our template doesn’t include a slider. This is an element image. You can click the edit element and change the image.

    Slider
    I am talking about the banner image elements, all are floating outside, and not as per shown in the demo

    Exactly,
    there is no support from the author, Theme is really nice but they must provide good support as 6 months support is there with the theme.

    Not all content import properly, few images are missing: With the import content we actively removed some images to make the import more convenient and faster.

    If you want a demo like ours, we will reset and reinstall for you?
