About your issue, to setup color filter, please follow guide:

1. Setup Attributes Color: go to Products -> Attributes -> Color Config: https://prnt.sc/vedp5o and then Edit color

2. Go to product Edit, add color attributes for product Variable: https://prnt.sc/vedqeh
Add Option color for product: https://prnt.sc/vedqeh
