Urgent issue theme problem

Please i had purchase this theme this week:

But once I wanted to install it didn’t work at all, I wanted to import the Demo but it didn’t import as I expected, however I followed the installation guide with the theme.

Hi,

There may be some minor errors during importing data using theme setup, so the process does not complete. You will have to import data using wp import tool.
