    1. Hi, I just bought the theme printec, and I notice problem with some icons that not showing.
    this is the page: https://giftou.co.il/about/
    please scroll down to the 4 reasons and notice that the icon don’t appears in the icon section
    I added image that describe the issue and I draw the 4 icons with Red marker
    example

    2. I have error lines if I open the theme setup

    1. I updated all images, please recheck.

    2. Error conflict with some plugins that you install more, during demo installation, please disable these plugins.

    1. the icons fixed thanks.
    2. the issue from the siteground cache plugin and from the variation swatch that you added from the theme.

    3. the website is very slow from the mobile and it’s not open the customize editor from the mobile at all, it’s loading a lot of time and not doing nothing, please check it and see why it’s doing this.. I bought the theme because you wrote it’s fast loading and perfect optimization

    The analysis shows that the response from your server is quite long, in addition, the css is not compressed and it seems that the cache is not enabled, you are also using a 3rd party service…
    All this leads to your page loading speed slow down a lot, please check again

    Hi I changed the host to better host and it’s the same problem, when I try to add image to the design it’s take a lot of time

    Please use another theme and check again if the problem is with the theme.
    After that, you can turn off the plugins one by one and check to see if there are conflicts with the plugins or not
