    Hi,
    when I try to edit via Elementor the page “Icons” inside my site I receive the error above “403: Forbidden – the preview cannto be loaded”.
    This page has been automatically created when I imported the template data, and viewing it with the default wordpress editor I can see that it contains the [triply-icons-preview] shortcode.
    This is the only page where this kind of problem happens.
    Can you please verify.

    Hi,

    Slug ‘icons’ that match the file in the WordPress system are not allowed to access so you cannot access the link https://www.umbriamylove.it/icons
    I changed the link back to https://www.umbriamylove.it/icons-list/ so you can access it normally
