add title for “Featured Item”

Within basic settings section, there is a checkbox for Featured item.
Is there a possible way to change the title of the box without changing it in the root file? Additionally, adding more checkbox for different title

2.
Secondly, I want to add more style to “all item” widget. Basically I just simply want to add just the same style but change some texts so that I can change the text of one specific list without affecting other list of the same style.
