#1. Please check your plugin: Abandoned Cart Recovery for WooCommerce.

This problem may be related to hosting, because there are processing from Woocommerce, if the hosting package you use has low configuration, it will cause slow processing error.

#2. I fixed this issue.

This plugin conflict with js on our theme.
If you update theme, please go to file inc/woocommerce/class-woocommerce.php and remove this code:
