Hi thank you for your latest update the coupon discounting is already working fine with the paypal payment, we just tested in wamp with the default triply theme settings and demo products an with the BA Book Everything 1.5.19 and everything is OK with coupon and the PayPal payment. After paying in PayPal and clicking “return to merchant” however there is an error:

    1. on the customer confirmation screen (paid amount is shown in Amount Due and not in Amount Paid)
    2. and also the customer order email confirmation (paid amount is shown in Amount Due and not in Amount Paid)

since they already paid in paypal it still says “Amount Due” instead of “Amount Paid”, we thought it might be due to the order status “payment processing” so we changed it to status “payment received” and “completed” however the update email received still shows “Amount Due” instead of “Amount Paid”. please see attached image https://freeimage.host/i/HNT9FIV

Our company will only be using full payment terms thru paypal only, so this function is very crucial especially for the customer not to get confused that they still have an “amount due” after paying in paypal.

I hope you guys can help.

    Thank you

    Hello,

I have installed Sandbox test paypal gateway and proceed to pay via paypal account.
After successful payment, the payment confirmation page still shows the correct amount paid: https://prnt.sc/Xp7c2dIp4NQP

The order section also shows the exact amount paid and the order status is payment received: https://prnt.sc/GqP6-Z39cUg7

Maybe because your payment process has not been completed, the status “payment processing” should not be updated. This is completely normal and not the fault of the plugin or theme.
Please check again with another account and make sure the payment is complete
