When searching for a product on the search bar it shows a black bar also, over the typing. I can not show you a screenshot because it disappears quite quickly, but can you take a look, please? Or tell me how can I remove this black bar?

Your theme is in conflict with the woocommerce filter product plugin.
You can add the following css to fix this error:

.site-search-popup.active form.loading::before{
display: none;
}
