Blog Page Separator change of colour

On the blog pages there seem to be separators between each blog and also in the side bar that don’t look very good at all. They seem to use this image – https://m6medialtd.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/border-dive.png

IS there a way to remove these or change them all to a nice colour that matches the theme as seems to stand out badly really.

It doesn’t seem as bad on chrome but has extra lines on safari.

Could we look to fix or help me diagnose why this would be the case.
