Booking Everything plugin: can not find booking form

From Single tour page when visitor clicks on book now it leads him to contact page. I can not find out from where i can replace this with booking form with definit dates of the tour.

Also in groups page I want to show all listings tours with taxonomy ‘Group’ but it does not show up, how to do that.
