Booking form stopped working – URGENT HELP

Hello,

The booking form suddenly stopped working on the entire website.

For example on this URL: https://travelsaga.com/tour/abu-dhabi-city-tour/ the booking form (located on the left side of the desktop version) is not working.

Here is a quick overview of the “error_log”
