Bookory and DOkan Multivendor Issue

Hello I have Bookory and also Dokan Multivendor installed.

Overall 95% seems to work fine. But there is one issue that I found and it would be great if you can help fix it.

Dokan has a feature that sellers (vendors) can buy subscriptions so they can sell their products. They buy these from the Dokan vendor Dashboard. The problem is that vendors are not able to add the subscription to their cart. IF they click Buy Now, nothing happens.. It doesn’t add to cart.

I contacted Dokan so they can help me with this and they checked everything and they said it is an issue with compatibility with the Theme Bookory and they said to contact you.

Here is what they wrote.
I have investigated your site and found a conflict with the theme that you are using called Bookory. As a result of this conflict, you may experience issues with the “BUY NOW” button to buy a Vendor Subscription.

Is there a way to fix this?

Also, suddenly in the Shop pages and categories it shows 3 columns. I had 5 before. Can you fix that and also tell me how to do this? I want to have 5 columns or six. See here https://shopaudiobooks.com/product-category/social-science/
