Cannot activate Scroll to Top icon

I have searched everywhere inside the site, but I could not find the way to display the Scroll to Top icon that I see inside the Triply demo site.
Can you please help me activate it?

You use 3 footer section for 3 interfaces on desktop, tablet and mobile ???/ https://prnt.sc/PZ3kExBwS3x7
This is a waste of resources, causes too much trouble for the website and is unnecessary.
If you don’t know how to do it, just ask us, don’t do everything yourself.

About your issue:
This function is updated in version 2.2.7 of the theme, please update the theme to the latest version to use this function.
