Can’t add product to cart or checout

Hello. How is it going? When addding products to car we get 404 message.
all products and all pages are registered, published and fucntioning.
however the products are not added to the cart when we click the button add to cart. how can we fix this? Thank you very much.

It seems that your website is in conflict with some of the cart related plugins that you installed. I have now disabled these plugins and the purchase is working fine

Hello, thank you for taking the time to do it however I make direct sales and I need to skip the shop and cart steps, sending visitors from my sales page directly to the checkout page. Can you help me? It seems no plugin is working. If I can’t send customers directly to the checkout page within your theme, Ill have to request reimbursement because there’s no use for me. Thank you, please reply asap it’s urgent I’ve been loosing sales for a whole week now

Previously I enabled config link to page checkout after successful add to cart. I also tested it and it worked fine, then I’ll let you know this has been fixed.
Maybe you’ve made some customizations or are having a conflict with a plugin you installed.
I am currently not logged into the website admin to check your website again, please check your account again

Thank you for your answer. I did a new and clean instalation. i think i could have a problem, during the theme upload. Im uploading everything from thebeginning, letś check in a soom future is everything will works fine. Any problemas i write to you again. Thank you. Have a goo week.
