Changing Blog Name

Hello there,
I would like help changing the default “Our Blog” heading on the blog page of my website too “Spotted” or something custom.

Also my website seems to be running a bit slow.

Can your team be of any help?

You need to make the following customizations:
1. Speed up the response from the server
2. Optimize uploaded images. Your uploaded images are currently too large
3. Use css compression plugin, html
4. Remove unnecessary plugins
