    How can I update the query in the Posts Grid content block in Elementor to support CPTs?

    Hi,

    No, the Posts Grid Widget is for blog posts only, you cannot edit it to support CPTs.
    You will have to create a similar Elementor widget if you want to use this widget for CPTs
