Create Account page different from Theme look and feel

Hello,

The page displayed after creating an account is the Word Press classic registry page https://profilesandbiographies.com/wp-login.php?action=register which does not look okay. Someone complained about this and you said you fixed it but I did not see the solution. The page needs to look like the theme, not word press. Thank you.

Secondly, when viewing on phone, the account page does not have a button for creating a new user account for users who don’t have an account already. can this be looked at? Thank you.
