Customization page not showing

Hi,

When I try to customize my site with Appearance > Customize I can see an error message without showing pages. Please check out my screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4nHyRibZMFFa

And sometimes my website is not loading the first time when I reload the website for the second time then it shows!

Please fix the issues.

This error may be caused by a problem with your hosting.
In addition, the connection to your website is also quite slow and takes a lot of time.
Please double check your hosting package and upgrade to a better hosting package.
