Demo content doesn’t show up

The installation all went successfully and I chose which demo to use dummy content for but the homepage is empty.

Your server is turning on the mode that does not allow reading and writing files to the folder: https://prnt.sc/0PiTX8TkKFAw, in addition, Maximum file upload is being set to 2Mb, these parameters do not meet the requirements to be able to import data sample.
1. Please disable folder security, allow writing and uploading files to the folder
2. increase Maximum file upload to >2Mb to be able to import data

Both issues are fixed but the results are still the same. I tried to install the data again but i still see that its successful and still not showing up anything.

But the homepage still doesnt work.
