elemento pro disconnected somehow and timeset up problem

Hi, I have 2 issues when editing your theme.

1. Elemento pro has been disconnected somehow so I Can’t use pro templates. I contacted elemento but they said they can’t do anything cuz it had been purchased from a third party.

2. when editing booking objects, in the schedule setting, there is a preset time option and I tried to delete or modify them but keep coming back after updating the page. How can I change these time settings?
