Elementor license activation

Hi,
in my backend in elementor -> license -> License settings, I see that my license status is “active”, but on the top right corner I see “Connect Account”, and actually the account doesn’t seem to be connected at all…

Moreover I have never added any license to the elementor plugin, so why I see that the license status is “Active”?

Furthermore, inside the elementor page editor, I see that the form widget is locked as an Elementor PRO feature but inside the page “contatti” I have a form widget working…

To sum up I cannot understand if the elementor PRO plugin is active or not, and eventually which license is used inside it.

Hi,
I have followed your instructions, and for a couple of days the functionality of the plugin had been restored, meaning that I could use the pro widgets inside the Elementor template editor.

But now for the second time I can’t use the pro widgets: how can it be?

Can you please help me restore again the use of the pro widgets?
