Elementor not updating

The theme installed properly with all the required plugins. Even the demo contents is imported correctly. After editing a page i try to update changes on elementor give me an error “connection lost saving has been disabled”

I meant the account details are correct. The error still persist. I can edit the header and footer and other elements from the builder but cannot edit the content

The problem is still there. Tried making changes and update. The green progress bar on the top finishes but the page doesn’t get updated. When i exit the page it tells me there are unsaved changes.

The issue is not on the header and footer. Those are updating. The content is the problem after you got to pages -> edit with elementor.

I have tried clearing the browser cache and the wp cache. I cannot change even the pictures or the destinations or the about page information. Please help it’s urgent.

Here is the taxonomy detail page, we use the Elementor template for customization.
To change the sections as you want, you have to go to edit taxonomy Location -> Edit content.
Ex: Location taxonony: https://test.onestoptanzaniasafaris.co.tz/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=ba_locations&post_type=to_book
-> Edit taxonomy: https://ibb.co/TLPG1FQ
-> Edit content.

No. Not that information. Ok let me try to explain again. For example if I go to the About Us page. I cannot edit the about us information or the “why us” section.

I can edit them on elementor but it doesn’t save when i click update

Your server seems unstable, frequent 500 errors and overflows.
Currently home 1 is having problems, you can use home 2 to fix it, I checked this home page, it’s still working
