Error in availability filter

Hello,
in some pages of my site perusiaviaggi.it/prenota like the following https://www.perusiaviaggi.it/prenota/partenze-garantite/gran-tour-andalusia-8-giorni-volo-incluso-perusia-viaggi/ there is an error in the search filter on the right side of the page. As you can see the fields go outside the border of the cited form/filter.
Can you please correct the design of the widget?

#1. Please do not insert html tags in the title of the post, it will not display as html when you use these tags in the title.

Hi,
on the same page indicated above, on the same filter the first extra that one customer can add “Quota di iscrizione e assicurazione medico/bagaglio” has a checkbox on the left side to select it. But in the backend on services -> all services it is selected as “mandatory” so the checkbox should not be present. It disapeares only when a user select a date: it should not be present from the beginning.
