I am getting the following error in admin:

Your theme (Freshio Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

I have just updated new version theme for you, please check this issue again.

If this error will happen again, what should I do to update the version theme? and will it have effect on all the job and changes already done?

HI again,

It’s just a warning from Woocommerce plugin, it won’t cause too serious errors for your theme when you update the plugin and appear this message.

We will also check the compatibility and update the theme when there is any update notification from the plugin. So please don’t worry about this
