Fatal Error after using Duplicator Plugin to bring site from local to live

I was on the final stages of bringing my site from local to live and I got a fatal error when trying to set it up. I wasn’t too sure where I should ask but I thought I would try with the theme first. Seeing this error made me wonder if it was also related to a PHP mismatch as my hosting’s php version is different to the one I am currently using.

The error seems to be a conflict between the Duplicate plugin and Woocommerce when creating the package.
