    I followed your instruction to make changes to the header but I’m missing the Header Builder under Templates. Is it possible to import it?

    I stand corrected: the HeaderBuilder is there but I cannot make changes as the phone number and other demo info is missing.

    Problem solved. I right clicked the area to Reset Style.
