    As I told you in the previous ticket, it seems that the theme and plugin are not compatible with your hosting.
    It is not possible to perform any operations on your website such as updating plugins, deleting plugins or editing Elementor. So please check your hosting or change to another more compatible hosting.

    but why in my localhost same (as live) header and footer are showing.

    The problem is caused by your hosting, please use another hosting for your website.
