For example, the canvas of the phone case is defaulted to 600x600px.But the actual phone size may be 1:2 ratio, 1170 x 2532 pixels

Of course if you use this design with the right proportions it will affect your print.
You can manually create 1 Parameters with your custom size: http://demo2.pavothemes.com/printec/wp-content/plugins/wc-designer-pro/user-manual/#!/parameters

I also found a problem that I could only see the final design rendering of the customer’s designed phone case pattern, and the downloaded file did not contain the customer’s original design picture. I would not be able to proceed with the production.
