Hotel booking after tour selection

Hello,
My requirements are:
1. At first user can book a tour package.
2. Then if they select a package then I want to show them other additional services like paragliding, rafting with extra charges or cost.
3. Also, after they have selected the tour package, I want to provide them hotel options after selecting the package from where they can view and select hotels.
4. After all these steps, I want to show all these as a single package on the checkout page.

How can I achieve this from your theme?
