    also I find product page all shows 404….. (it can be showed normally), just the author page.

    product page is the page showing a product of complete information;

    anthor page is the page showing a authour’s information.

    Hi,

    You need to enable permalink customization: https://prnt.sc/UnxPUVu8iPQo, but it seems that your hosting does not support permalink, so you get 404 error. Please check this customization again.
