How to add additional Field in Booking form and modify it?

Dear Team

We need to make modification in the booking form.

We need to add additional tabs/field on the final booking form, under “Contact information
” like ‘Hotel detail’ so guest can enter their hotel name or address.

Kindly advice how to do that

And we need to make pricing slabs for different timing kindly advice on that as well
