How to change language with loco translate plugin?

Hello, I want to change words of theme with loco translate, but pluguin find only 3 words for translation. I try translate words with plugins translation, but a lot of words don’t fond. How i can fix this?
The second problem is i can’t change parametrs of footer bar. I’m select footer bar section in elementor, but there is no reaction on my clicks. Footer bar icons linked only to demo version pages. Please help me to solve these problems.
