It makes me change the text to all except “Search”.

Thanks Billy Nguyen, I managed to change the menu except the search button.

I did not understand from your explanation to filippo97 how to change the search button and the dashboard menu is still in English entirely.

You need to install Loco translate plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
And setup translate and translate for your language.
