Thank you for your wonderful theme.
1. I’ve tried to look into how to hide the breadcrumb section on a certain page, specifically the shop page right now, but can’t figure it out.
Would you be able to help me with this?
2. Also, I have looked so much but can’t find where to edit the 404 page. I’m sorry if I missed this in the documentation, could you let me know if there’s a way to edit this page?
I provided you with the necessary account information to look at my website if necessary. Thank you very much, I really appreciate your help.

#1. We don’t have a config to disable breadcrumb, either you will have to hide it with css, or hide it with code to remove it.
However I tried removing the breadcrumb for you, it doesn’t look so good: https://prnt.sc/1xk0ok3You can customize the background color and background image for the breadcrumb at Freshio Options -> Breadcrumb: https://prnt.sc/1xk0y17
#2. We use the default 404 page of the theme and customize it. However Elementor supports this 404 template, I have added this template for you so you can easily customize it.
To edit this page, please go to Edit page 404
Edit background image + color: please go to Settinsg -> Style -> Change color backgournd or image background: https://prnt.sc/1xk2bv8

Do you mean move the website to another hosting to run or still use Cloudways?
All data from sql can affect website, you should not delete any table from data sql.The best way to move your website is to use Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
it will compress all your sql data + wordpress files into .zip file, you just need to upload this folder to new hosting and run the installation fileNovember 4, 2021 at 12:41 pm #16893inv902Support ExpiredThis reply has been marked as private. -
