I Need To Update The Menu Area

Good day. I have the following issues:
1. How do I reduce the top and bottom padding around the logo:
2. The large phone number is not showing at the top on my theme, how do I get it there?
3. I want to remove the following icons and its content from the menu bar: my account, wishlist and cart, how do I do that?
4. Where do I change the colour for the text of the products being displayed?

I will like to personally know what to do concerning the cases highlighted.

2. I resolved this issue, to edit phone number, please go to Edit Header click phone number and edit.

3. Yes, I removed for you.
