Import Demo Content

Hi!

I’m trying to install your demo content for the Triply theme I purchased today.
I’ve tried using your “One click To Import Demo” wizard. When I select the desired Home 1 demo (of 2, 3, 4) and click on Import, it runs really quick and the % sticks to “1%” and after one or two seconds it says “Completed”. However, nothing has been imported. There are no demo templates in my WordPress website.
What am I doing wrong? Please help, thanks very much!

Thanks. I just checked and the demo content is there.
However, your import has deleted my pages and various settings (menu e.g.) that I already created and published!
Is it possible to recover these pages? Because now I have to start allover again…

I’m sorry, when I installed the demo, I reset all the old data, so your data was lost.
Please try again from scratch, I’m so sorry about this

No problem, I’m already working from scratch.
One more question: the Tour Single – Layout 1 (which links to “Buenos Aires, Calafate, Chalten & Ushuaia”) example page on your demo looks different than the one you just uploaded to my site. If I click on the page “Buenos Aires…”, I’m missing the four tabs (Description, Tour Plan, Tour Map, Reviews), which I find really great.
Could you send me the correct version, like the one in your demo (or could you upload this particular page)? Would be great, thanks!

At first I couldn’t find it but I just did.
It’s the new “Buenos Aires, Calafate, Chalten & Ushuaia” example, right?!

One more question: in the demo Header there’s a clickable phone number (tel:1800-333-5578) and an icon (keypad?). I’ve tried everything but I cannot find this item so that I can change it or remove it.
Can you please explain where I can find and edit this item in the header?
