Incomplete demo contents

Hello i have purchased the theme freshio

i installed the theme and tried to install the demo home 1 in order to have a visual base and change with my contents.

the home demo has been installed but miss every image, the menu is full of everything and is impossible to work by this way, the image below is what i see.

can you help me please?

i tried and tried many times, is not the first time of my life i install a theme on wordpress.

the images of the demo are stored in media, but not linked in the pages/products/galleries… only something…
so i think the installation process doent give the correct path to the objects.

please fix it as soon as possible i have to work based on a working demo.

and if i click in the shop now on the images… the website redirect to http://localhost/wordpress/freshio/shop/

if i click on product categories he redirect me
http://localhost/wordpress/freshio/product-category/uncategorized/

Are you kidding ,me? with all the respect nobody entered in my website, no logs , and nobody makes changes. and even because there is a browser login before enter in wordpress and you haven’t this password.(i do this to avoid google to index the website before it’s ready).

what you have customized, everything is the same, as i left last night.

Really you work by this way? This is Pavonthemes, it’s the first time i have this kind of problems with a theme support.

Please Refund me. your Theme does not work!

I understand, indeed i still dont understand why i have been able to read this person private post with passwords and everything…
even for this reason i changed credentials…

I worked a lot and removed the broken links and the images that i dont need, there’s no need that you make your intervention now.

But please , please, there is a problem .
When you install a demo, images are stored in media, but not linked in the pages, the links are broken and redirect to LOCALHOST/SOMETHING.

the theme really has a lot of problems, even on customizations, on colors, moreover revolutionslider is not updated to the latest version. if I had had time with the delivery to my client I really would have requested a refund. luckily I paid with the offer of $ 23.

And please release a stable version with all plugins updated and demo that works.

otherwise is not possible work by this way.

We have a lot of customers who are still using the theme normally without any problems.
Only a few customers had problems with the import process due to an error from the server that could not download the images. We still listen to customers to continuously update the errors reported by customers.
In cases where customers cannot solve it themselves, we need website information to support.
