Logo and page issue

ISSUE 1
Hello team im having difficulty with the logo size on different devices, apart from desktop in every other device the logo size is very small… is there a way to fix this issue?

ISSUE 2
in the what we do page, under our work, the six hover over images, im not able to change the over lay title, as i dont see any direct option for it in the side elementor options, please let me know how to change those, as i cant always come back to you when ever those change.

ok i found out the solution for the logo size, but im stuck with issue 2 and on who we are page im not able to change the lady with kids black and white picture, in the side options i put a new pic still its not updating on the page
