MENU IN MOBILE AND TABLET NOT VISIBLE AFTER PAGE LOADING.

1.Pls help to check this in mob and tab view, menu is there but not visible as it turns to whilte colour. But we dint do any changes, Main and menu and hand held menu both are same.
2. Also ticket submissions are not showing immediately in my tickets/topics since friday.Pls helpto clarify.

Hi,
I dint add any custom css yet.
But dont know how comes it inserted, how its enabled. How to remove this.
Also can you share list of plugins by default needed for this theme, I can deactivate rest of plugins referring the list.
