    Hi,

    You need to enable user registration in WordPress.

    Simply head over to the Settings » General page in your WordPress admin area. Scroll down to the ‘Membership’ section and check the box next to ‘Anyone can register’ option.

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts and check to Enable customer registration on the “My Account” page:

    After enabling this option, you can see the WooCommerce registration form at the frontend.
