Mobile Version Query

hello,

we wanted to know on the mobile version can we swap the locations of cart and wish list.

where cart can appear in the footer sticky menu and wish list can appear on top next to logo.

attached is the image for reference.

also if possible let us know how to do this so in future we can also change it from our end.
