Need to fix few issues in Triply

Dear Pavo Theme Support Hello,
We have purchased the theme and have started to work on it
on our site (RTL VERSION in Hebrew)
Most of the theme is very good and I enjoy working with theme a lot,
I liked the documentation for its detailed information
But I still will need your help :
1/ Triply Icons Are not showing
2/ for the tour page I am using trip tour #3
We have a problem with the “Item slideshow” – The Main image is not displayed
you can view it in this tour page
3/ When I enable debug mode they are a lot of errors in pages (homepage +tour page+
4/ I didn’t find where can i edit the Book this tour Sidebar widget – How can i locate it and edit ?

The problem is that the admin account you provided is not correct, we can’t log in, not the problem of being blocked.
Please double check your admin account and make sure I can login to your admin dashboard

Maybe you don’t understand the problem.
1. Tour template is common design for all single tour, here we use pre-coded elementor widgets to get data from custom fields in single tour config.
In this layout template you can only edit the title section, change the position or add widgets.
Note: these customizations apply to all single tours.

2. To change the section map, image gallery… please go to edit single tour:

Hix, I already explained to you above 🙁
We are using Elementor template for single tour pages, so you will edit this template for all single tour pages rather than editing each single tour through Elementor from description.

Map section, Gallery, Video we have designed in different places in the Elementor template. However, the display will be different from the customization you requested.
– Map section: directly use google map
– Gallery: use slider, carousel displayed at the top of the page
– Video: display popup through video icon.
If you want to modify these sections to your desired location and display, we will customize them for you, but you will have to pay an additional fee for customization.
