    Hello, we have company and everyone is responsible for their own job,
    1. if the order failed it will send the mail to the desired department
    2. if an order cancel it will also send to the cancellation department
    3. if the order payment success it will process to complete the order by another department.

    currently all queries are sending to wordpress Administration Email Address

    I check every option but I can’t find these options I think it’s very important. can you guide me on how can I manage this?

    Hi you,

    The BA Booking plugin does not have an email notification configuration like Woocommerce, it uses the default admin email to send notifications. So to customize the email received for notifications, you will have to edit the code quite a lot. Use the add_filter hooks to change the default email back
