New plugin

We’ve got an issue adding up a new plugin.
For some reason when we click on the “Add plugin” button, it redirects to the login page.
We’ve deactivated all the plugins that we’ve added and we still have the same issue.
Can you help us to find the issue?
We’ve other sites on this server, and they are working fine and adding plugins with no problem.
Can this be a plugin or theme error?

The error may be related to the cookie on your browser being expired and having to re-login admin.
Currently I check on the website, this function is still working completely normal.
