1. Some tours not showing on homepage even after setting widget to display 12, it only 7 at most.

1. That’s right, we use an image that is smaller than your original image to display the slider.
The purpose of using this is so that all images are the same size and the image is not too large resulting in long page load times.

2. You can use the Litespeed cache or WP Rocket plugin.

Hi, the website goes blank when we activate WP Rocket or add Facebook Pixels and Google Tag Manager to body, header, and footer code.

Conflict between WP Rocket plugin and Simple Custom CSS and JS plugin.
You don’t need to use Simple Custom CSS and JS plugin to customize the css, it seems too much trouble!!! https://prnt.sc/ZEYfdaUj7S6D
Custom css can be added directly to Customize CSS or style.css file (child-theme) without having to use a plugin just to add custom css.

Because your images are not the same size, you must use the same size so that all images have the same size when displayed.
This will of course cause longer sized images to be cropped. I tried to resize the displayed image to make it longer: https://prnt.sc/dkHgDaIQO4oS
